Yeah, do you really think I haven't done that already?

Does anyone else know how I do this bit for the Virtual Garage on Microsoft Workbench I have done the rest but I am worried I will mess up the exile database if I do this step wrongly

  • Run the following sql command in you database.

ALTER TABLE `vehicle` ADD `territory_id` INT(11) UNSIGNED NULL DEFAULT NULL;
	ALTER TABLE `vehicle` ADD CONSTRAINT `vehicle_ibfk_2` FOREIGN KEY (`territory_id`) REFERENCES `territory`(`id`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE RESTRICT;

just select your database by double clicking it at your left (Schemas), copy the sql command u got there and paste it in a new query, then run it (click on lightning bolt).

Who the fuck uses Microsoft workbench? I've never even heard of it.... Run the sql query and it will be fine. Use MySQL Workbench like how you set up the exile server. It's a simple query. Unless you dont know how to, in which case i can offer my services if you PM me the details to your MySQL database, i will run it for you.

I fixed it  and it is working with infiSTARas well

As for the shit that is Workbench, I used the community install guide from here,

that was the SQL editor/manager they said to get.  it is horrid compared to PHPMyAdmin

Is it possible to set the VG to not store an item when it has gear? Not just clear it or allow storage with gear, but stop it with a message that says empty the car first before storing?

if you go into the CFG file in VG you can make it keep the inventory and it will even remain after a server restart.

you can find it in here

\mpmissions\Exile.mapName\ExAdClient\VirtualGarage\customize.sqf

Right, i saw that.. But what If i wanted to clear the inventory but.. notify the player first... I had a situation where a player stored 8 vehicles full of gear, and discovered that the VG removed it all.. Because there is/was no notifications or directions telling them otherwise.
