This is a quick and dirty way to disable thermal from vehicles / helicopters, and delete weapons from vehicles (eg missiles). The reason for using ExileServer_object_vehicle_createPersistentVehicle.sqf is that when loading the server and buying from trader both of these events call this file to create the vehicle.
