where to find the sledge hammer?

The server that Im on update to latest version, lost everything and need pop tag to start all over again, but running around can't find the  sledge hammer.

Providing the server is using standard loot tables there are 4 building classes that spawn the sledge hammer. Not going to list every building in them classes but thats the classes and % chance.
