Did not receive mail for verification EMAIL.

Hello, I use the GOOGLE translation to communicate, so there may be translation is not the right place, please forgive me.

I ran into an issue where I registered an XM8 admin account but did not receive EMAIL authentication (I checked the trash and other classified messages to make sure I did not miss it).

So I can not log it.

I tried resetting the password, and I could receive a message to reset the password, but did not receive a message to verify EMAIL.

Please help me, thanks.

Does anyone help me solve this problem?

I now as long as landing XM8 website background prompted the message is not activated.

But I can receive a password change message.

Can you help me? I have been unable to use Andrews APP
