SetPos Restriction #1

Hey all,

Lost my server recently and having to do everything all over again. I got Enhanced Base Mods installed, but whenever I try to place anything and it goes to preview mode I get kicked for SetPos Restriction #1.  In my setpos.log this is the error I am getting.

Where do I fix this error? and do I have to do this for every new thing that Enhanced Base Mod adds? Hopefully not :(
