Waypoints on map

Question

Some one will say - "Again those waypoint!?" 

I can't figure out how to remove map waypoints placed by SHIFT+Click?

**UPDATE: i mean totaly remove passability of doing this for all players on the server

 There can be six markers on the map in one time, pointing direction and distance.. I thought it can be managed in difficalty setting, but no luck..

My Exile server runs on linux host (myarena.ru), and i have this server profile (all other settings are working, except waypoints):

I tryed to set 'Custom', 'ExileRegular', ' ExileHardcore, 'Mercenary' with no result.
