there is also an override that you may have added for rz_infections, check your customcode file/section for

ExileClient_object_item_consume   = "ExileClient_object_item_consume.sqf";

It is already set to -1 and people still get infected

you can try edit this, set it to 0

_ryanzombiesinfectedchance             = 10;     //Precent chances to be infected on hit

 

 

why dont you want people to get infected, thats the fun part of killing the zombies to try not get infected, otherwise i dont see the point in having zombies on the server
