ERROR : Loading Bambi Time Out

Hello I'm currently renting a server from GTX Gaming and have a exile server. I have set up the mods on the server ,and when i try and join the server it keeps telling me Error Bambi loading timed out.  Not sure what this issue could be as I have never had this issue on a dedicated server i had before hand. can any one perhaps can help and pin point what could be the issue. thanks

knowing how gtx works, my guess is the db has to be installed. should be an icon in tcadmin to install the mysql database. or reset it.
