Battleye Extended Controls issue

So i have used BEC in the past and it has worked, but finding now that it will not connect.

I have my config file setup properly, have it pointing to the battleye folder, setup admins.xml, scheduler.xml, controls.xml etc

I have added

127.0.0.1 http://ibattle.org
127.0.0.1 http://www.ibattle.org

to my hosts file even and still the same issue.

anyone know what the issue may be?

Try simplifing.

Disable all addons (like watchdog) and run with a simple and basic config.

Thanks for your response. I went back over things,

this line

# Set the port to the server. default port is 2302
Port = 2302

should actually read more like

# Set the port to the RCON server
Port = 2307

and then specify to go into battleye folder

and edit beserver.cfg

RConPassword yourpassword
RConIP 127.0.0.1 
RConPort 2307
MaxPing 400

if you want to be able to connect to the server remotely the rconip has to be external ip. And then change the same within the bec config.cfg
