Error in expression. v75a.

11 posts in this topic

I'm getting this spamming my RPT:

12:11:33 Error in expression <ay','_cHour','_cMinute'];

	_cHour = if(_cHour > 0)then{_cHour * 60}else{24 * 60>
12:11:33   Error position: <_cHour > 0)then{_cHour * 60}else{24 * 60>
12:11:33 Error Undefined variable in expression: _chour

I've double and triple checked my config but I can't see any mistakes.

Please winmerge diff it was your last version - I did not make a change in that region the only thing that could happen to break it is if you run 64bit and "extDB3" callExtension _this returns a different result than "extDB2" callExtension _this

Do you use extDB3 now?

OK, so oddly enough I restarted the server and the error has gone now. Very strange as it was in all three of my Arma3 RPTs for my 12pm GMT restart.

Lol :D

So this is even stranger.. Two of my servers have been error free all day, one of them is showing the error again. All have the same files..

mhhmh in your start server "SERVER_INFO" log file, does it show
Local Server Time:  CORRECT TIME

?

Literally just restarted to test:

8:00:57 "<infiSTAR.de> 0 - Thread #1: Server Loop #1 starting"
 8:00:57 "<infiSTAR.de>SERVER_INFO| [SERVER START] TIME: 0 || EMAIL: kuplion@....com || VERSION: 29-Mar-2017 12-07-44 - v0075a || Local Server Time:    [29-Mar-2017 12-07-44 - v0075a]"
 8:00:57 "<infiSTAR.de> 0 - Thread #1: Server Loop #1 looping now!"

It seems to not be returning an hour the time, just the date?

EDIT: Scratch that, it seems to think it's the 29th still?

Ah no that's when you downloaded the file the timestamp in the brackets [] before that between the brackets and the : it should state the current time taking from extDB2

so your servertime seems to be serverStartTime = ""

---

can you open your console (F3) and put something like this:
NQJxs8f.png

Then run this code:
if(isNil'TESTXX')then

 TESTXX = (call compile ('9:LOCAL_TIME' call FN_CALL_ExtDB));
 publicVariable "TESTXX";

else

 TESTXX = nil;publicVariable "TESTXX";
};

ON SERVER qgRFOIr.png

?

It should return something else than "" more likely the correct time as in my picture:
