Loot Table Compiler - 1.0.3

This tweet makes it sound like we need to do something in preparation for 1.0.3. Do we have to do anything if we are using vanilla loot tables?

All you're doing is swapping out the compiler you use when making your loot tables with the new one. You can keep your LootTable.h file and your LootItemGroups.h file. Rename this, add an overwrite for that, and you're done.

I pasted my 1.0.2 LootTable.h and LootItemGroups.h into new compiler and seems like it made nice new tables. But it complained about too much things in them(didn't really test it in RC mod). I have there normal things and CUP. Is that ok?
