Draw Bridge Unable to Lower After Restart

So I may be an idiot but I have done a google search for a problem I am having on my server. Players are reporting that draw bridges are not allowing them to lower after a server restart. I duplicated this problem to see if it was just them. The only simple fix that I have found so far on my end is to have the player replace the draw bridge and it will work again for that restart. It is not an OMG issue, but it could effect base raiding on the server if bases have them in place. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. I am sure it is something that I am missing since I was unable to find anything on it. Thanks in advance and thank you Exile Team for keeping the mod alive and doing a great job on everything.

no I did not since i didnt even know about it. I should have just asked you to begin with. Where can i find

exileServer_object_construction_database_load.sqg

and is it going into customcode section of config?

Only way I got it working was to do the workaround for simulation
ExileServer_object_construction_database_load.sqf

Change
