was genau verstehst du unter "verwschwindet nach Kurzer zeit" ? nach restarts ? wenn das der Fall ist , ist das ein Datenbank Problem, d.H. es wird darin nichts geseichert. Kontrollier mal ob die teile in der DB gespeichert werden.

Nichts entfernen würde ich ich nicht empfehlen, da dir sonst der Server zumüllt. wenn spieler erst bauen, aber doch nicht mehr auf den Server spielen. jedes Bauteil geht auf die Performance. Daher auch abwägen wieviele Bauteile maximal möglich sind.
