Chernarus Winter Contamination Zone not working

Question

So I have one contamination zone on my chernarus winter map. The marker on the map is working fine but when I go in the zone the actual radiation affect doesn't work. I have radiation enabled but still no affect.

Here is my config.cpp in the mpmission:
