So I have the exact opposite problem.  I have a set of tailored weather keyframes I use on all my servers.  I recently put up a Chernarus Redux server using these files:

My keyframes work perfectly on all my other servers.   Redux forces the weather to permanently be very heavily overcast, almost to the point of being dark.  I have not been able to figure out where in the mission files they're overriding my keyframes.  I've gone through all the files I can think of without de-PBOing the mod itself.   I'v even zeroed out all the weather parameters in mission.sqm.  I even looked for the file you suggest but it's not in the overrides.  I tried to unbin the .bin files in the PBOs but for some reason it fails.   I get "not a valid raP file".   I've also tried copying the vanilla weather file and adding it to my overrides hoping that it would override the overrides.  No luck.     Any thoughts?

Yeah this didn't work unfortunately , in spectator the weather mod shows but in game itself as a player it doesn't so no hope :(

that overwrite will indeed remove all exile induced weather, its what i use so i can run a 3rd party weather script. are you sure you have installed the mod correctly?
