using only mods like on the server

You rather should look for an antihack like infistar, worth the bucks (https://infistar.de/deu/product/infistar-exile)

Anyways in server.cfg/config.cfg:

verifySignatures   					= 2;
onUnsignedData 						= "kick (_this select 0)";
onHackedData 						= "kick (_this select 0)";
onDifferentData 					= "kick (_this select 0)";

Should solve, if joined with nonsigned mods/modfied mods.

or addons in mission.sqm.

If you really wanna go with only YOUR mods:

equalModRequired = 1;

But that'll the clients require the exact same modfolder naming, order and amount as the server...so basically, not to advise.
