Construction Aborted , You are not in Your own territory

Question

Hi,

So I have been away from Exile for a while and I started making a map only to find out that when I place a flag and try to place a building part I get the message Construction Aborted You are not in you territory. 

Anything in the past 4 months that has made this an issue and is there a fix?  

There is nothing in my RPT or database that I can see.

Not Using vect build script. Just using normal exile building.

I am running Chernarus Redux. I am on flat ground.

I think I have had this before but I can't remember the fix.

Hi

I notice same thing on orginal chernarus map, i have one base next to coast line and there i can build with out problems.
Second base  i had near NWA airfield and long time i was wondering why i can build on my first base but not on second and also every one else cant.

Today i start search bit and found out that if you build base next to coast line no more than 200m away you can build also.
If you go over that 200m you get that "you are not in your territory".
I check coast line from NE to SW and same was every where on coast line.

I remember that issue, when building on docks, ships or something with high altitude - the fix was to upgrade flag (increase radius).

Also in 1.0.4 that error pops up when using modified building scripts such as vector.

You might wanna try increasing the radius of your flag and see if you can build but that for sure isn't the proper solution but could make the way to find the error.

I try level up and its same is it 1 or 10
test flags was on ground not on docks or anything, just on ground level, like my base 1 and 2 is on ground what have been from 1.0.3

I have vector build mod on my server, might try disable it and take look.

Stokes and ravens expochvector for exile has been updated to 1.0.4

I have tried in all different locations at sea level and and hill tops. I have made my radius bigger than usual in the class CfgTerritories but to no avail. 

I have also made my radius up to level 10 and still nothing happens. 

 

Was there not a fix for this in an earlier update maybe last year?

I update latest  eXpoch Exile Vector  mod and still same.
I just take whole vector build out and works.
