How to Animate the Traders?

Hey there,

I would like to know how I can give my Traders a animation. I know how I can give them animations. I use the  "3den enhanced" mod and then I can give them animations in the Editor.
After I placed all my traders with their animations and put them into the InitPlayerLocal they sometimes are out of place and moved about 1 meter in any direction. When I unmark the options "Enable Animation" and "enable dynamic wakeup animation" They are on their spot where they are supposed to be, but then of course they have no animation.


So my easy question: how can I give them animations AND they still are on the exact same spot as I placed them in the Editor?
