Loot not spawning in modded buildings?

You need to make your own loot positions to have loot in that map, now there are servers out there who already have it, and im sure that they can give you some tips on how to do that, the most basic way I can think of at the moment is going into the editor look up the class name of the building and stand where you want your loot, then read the postitions from your local execute window (after requesting your ATL posisition). 

If you dont know how to format those positions you can look at the config cpp how the format should be. Now i know this is a lot of work, but thats what it takes to host a custom map. Ive seen a loot cfg tool for this under releases but i havent tested that and cant confirm if it works.
