Hide Terrain Objects

Question

So I put this over a tree in Editor and it looks like this20181212183629_1.thumb.jpg.1191a996931f0492e138f562badc8ef9.jpg

 

However, When i start the server after importing my custom map Objects it looks like this. 20181212183634_1.thumb.jpg.9734379fa2069492004b66cbee88e9f8.jpg

So not sure how i will import these   [ModularHide TerrainObjects_F] 

If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance

Run any objects you want removed in your in your initServer file.

_location=[x,y,z];
_radius=10;
_terrainobjects = nearestTerrainObjects [_location, [], _radius];
{hideObjectGlobal _x} foreach _terrainobjects;

Drop an icon, copy the x,y,z cords and set how wide of a radius you want objects removed from the map. You can run the same code in the editor using dubug menu to test and see what will be removed when ran.

Where do i put this or where is it located? 

and i'm not sure what you mean Run any object i want removed? i run all the Objects i want to run in my initserver.sqf

you can do it that way or just hide objects in editor, save it, export the mission file and upload the mission file to the server, then Re-PBO it. I removed a ton of objects on my server this way

Yeah thats what i did i hid them with that tool...How did you hide them because that way apparently doesn't work?

Open your mission.sqm with the Arma 3 Editor, place your hide terrain modules, put the mission.sqm back to your mission file and done.....
That's the easiest way.....
