Inventory Maxed out?

Anyone hear of an issue where you cannot carry for example a Navid as your primary weapon due to maxed out personal inventory?

Yes I did but wanted to play more than own so now I am on Donkey Punch Altis server.

I see in the change log they removed the Navid
