include passThrough values in Item Detail for armor

Currently the armor value of an item is not indicative of it's protective value vs ballistic weapons.

Please include the passThrough values for vests and helmets in the Item / Details dialogue that comes up when you double-click an item in the inventory dialogue screen.  passThrough values  could be expressed as a percentage of the 'penetration protection' a piece of armor offers.  A value of 0.5 could be displayed as '50% penetration protection.'

_vestPassthrough = getNumber (configFile >> "CfgWeapons" >> vest player >> "ItemInfo" >> "passThrough"); 
_helmetPassthrough = getNumber (configFile >> "CfgWeapons" >> headgear player >> "ItemInfo" >> "passThrough");
