This should lead you to the right solution.

Good luck.

Kinda shocked this hasn't been made already since a good lead has been given. That's half the job done there. I'm not even a coder nor a script writer but know where to find the rest of that puzzle :D

Here ya go...

In init.sqf, add this:

[] execVM "custom\customspawn\customspawn.sqf";

In the misson file, create the folder custom\customspawn and create a file called customspawn.sqf with this code:

if ((getPlayerUID player) in ["1234567890"]) then { //Player X Custom Spawn
	_this = createMarker ["SpawnPlayerX", [6392.65,4799.40,0]];
	_this setMarkerText "Personal Spawn";
	_this setMarkerType "ExileSpawnZone";
	_this setMarkerColor "ColorOrange";
};

Adjust ["1234567890"] to the UID of the player. You can name the marker anything you want ("SpawnPlayerX") and you can put whatever you want in the setMarkerText. Adjust the marker color to your liking. You will need a BE exception for this, which will be easy enough to work out.

if ((getPlayerUID player) in ["1234567890"]) then { //firstbase
	_marker1 = createMarker ["SpawnPlayerX", [6392.65,4799.40,0]];
	_marker1 setMarkerText "Personal Spawn";
	_marker1 setMarkerType "ExileSpawnZone";
	_marker1 setMarkerColor "ColorOrange";

//second base
	_marker2 = createMarker ["SpawnPlayerX", [6392.65,4799.40,0]];
	_marker2 setMarkerText "Personal Spawn";
	_marker2 setMarkerType "ExileSpawnZone";
	_marker2 setMarkerColor "ColorOrange";

//terminal
	_marker3 = createMarker ["SpawnPlayerX", [6392.65,4799.40,0]];
	_marker3 setMarkerText "Personal Spawn";
	_marker3 setMarkerType "ExileSpawnZone";
	_marker3 setMarkerColor "ColorOrange";

};
